  • Liquid-to-Air Heat Exchanger Core features an efficient finned-tube design that optimizes heat transfer and allows for easy removal from the bottom, significantly reducing maintenance time.
  • Ethylene Glycol Heat-Transfer Fluid circulates through the heater core, ensuring consistent temperature control and offering freeze protection down to -49°F (-45°C).
  • Explosion-Proof and Motor-Driven Fan includes a thermally protected, automatic-reset motor that evenly distributes air across the finned tubes, promoting uniform heat distribution.
  • Adjustable Extruded Aluminum Louvers direct warm air precisely where it’s needed, enabling controlled and efficient heating.

Construction

  • NEMA Type 7 & 9 Enclosure features a rugged, explosion-proof housing with large heavy-duty aluminum data plate protects vital internal components.
  • A corrosion-resistant, epoxy-coated 14-gauge steel cabinet encloses the heater core, motor, and fan assembly, ensuring durability even in harsh environments.
  • Narrow-gap, two-piece fan guard shields all moving parts for personnel safety while maintaining airflow.
  • Factory-wired motor connections use copper conductors enclosed in steel conduit, protecting the electrical connections from damage or exposure.

  • Automatic Bimetal High-Limit Control: Provides over-temperature protection, rated for 100,000 cycles of service for long-term reliability.
  • Pressure Relief Valve: Ensures over-pressure protection of the sealed heat-transfer system.
