Extended Warranty Rewards
The Extended Warranty Rewards Program is an exclusive opportunity for Modine Contractor Program members. When enrolled, contractors can earn valuable reward points for every extended warranty registered on Modine products installed in residential homes. These points provide access to a wide variety of high-quality, top-brand items. The more warranties you register, the greater your earning potential, which allows you to reach higher tiers and unlock additional rewards.
Point System
The tiered point system is designed to maximize your rewards; the more you register, the greater your earning potential.
- Bronze (1-20 Warranties): 1,000 Points Per Extended Warranty
- Silver (21-39 Warranties): 2,000 Points Per Extended Warranty
- Gold (40-50 Warramties): 3,000 Points Per Extended Warranty
Contractors can earn points for a maximum of 50 extended warranties each year. At the beginning of each year, the number of warranties resets. This encourages you to keep challenging yourself to achieve new goals. The points you earn never expire, so you can continue to build them over time.

Qualifying Installations
To qualify for points, the registered product must be certified for residential use and installed at a residential location. It is essential to include the residential address during the warranty registration process to earn points.

How do I apply for the Modine Contractor Program?
Just apply online! Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your application. Once approved, you’ll get a welcome email with everything you need to access the contractor portal, sign up for lead generation, and enroll in the extended warranty rewards.
What are the benefits of joining the Modine Contractor Program?
Members get exclusive access to resources, marketing support, and tools designed to help grow your business. You’ll also receive priority updates on new products, programs, and marketing opportunities.
How do I sign up for lead generation through the program?
Once your application is approved, your welcome email will include instructions for signing up for lead generation. Through the contractor portal, you can manage your profile and receive project leads directly from the Contractor Map.
Does it cost to join the Modine Contractor Program?
No, the Modine Contractor Program is entirely free; however, contractors must have insurance and maintain the relevant licenses for product installation and servicing within their designated region.
How long will it take to start receiving leads?
Once your application is approved, you can log in to your portal and opt in for Lead Generation. After opting in, you can start receiving leads on the same day.
Are contractors automatically enrolled in Extended Warranty Rewards?
No, Contractors must enroll to participate in extended warranty rewards. Please visit the contractor portal or refer to the contractor manual in your welcome email to learn how to enroll.
What products will I be receiving leads for in terms of sales, installation, or service?
Any product certified for residential use by Modine. The residentially certified products include:
