Vertical Hydronic Unit Heater (V/VN)
Recommended for a wide range of heating requirements, vertical steam/hot water unit heaters provide downward air delivery. These units may be suspended from up to 54 feet above the floor, depending upon the size of the heater, steam pressure (or hot-water temperature) and air deflector selected.
- Recommended for areas where ceilings are high or where obstructions do not permit good horizontal movement of air.
- 15 model sizes from 42,000 to 952,000 Btu/hr, based on 2 lb. steam, 60°F entering air.
- V models have copper tubes, while VN models have copper/nickel tubes for high-temperature (400°F water) and/or high-pressure (250psi steam) applications.
- Low outlet temperature models for higher steam pressures or dirty atmospheres.
- Optional cone jet, truncone, or louver air deflectors for a variety of heat throw patterns.
