Below are answers to some of the most common questions about the Authorized Contractor Program.

How long will it take to start receiving leads?
Once your application is approved, your business information will be instantly added to the Modine Authorized Contractor Locator on ModineHVAC.com. When a customer in your area uses the locator to help them purchase, install, and service a Modine unit heater, your information will be provided to them.
How much does it cost to be an Authorized Contractor?
There is no cost to you at all. All we ask is that you maintain legal licensing to install and service products in your area.
How do I update my account or the information that I put on my application?
Once you are a registered Modine Authorized Contractor, you can log into your account with your username and password that you set up when applying and make any necessary changes. You can find the link to the log in on our website ModineHVAC.com. If you don’t remember your username, you can email BHVACcontractors@modine.com and we will send you your username within one business day. If you do not remember your password, go to the contractor log in screen in the upper right corner and you can re-set your password.
What products will I be receiving leads on for sales/installation/service?
Any product that is residentially certified from Modine, which includes the Hot Dawg® Series units – (available in propeller, blower and separated combustion 30-125 MBH) and our Exclusive Hot Dawg® H20 series units (30 & 45 MBH).
